Clean-O-Rama Service Department Part II

Welcome back for Part 2 of our Back to School Series on the Clean-O-Rama Service Department

Today we’re meeting the crew that keeps our department going. These guys fix machines in the building as well as on-site at your facility. They work tirelessly everyday to keep your team’s equipment up and running. Let me begin the introductions:

Steve Butler, Service Manager

Steve has been with Clean-O-Rama for 10 months now. When asked what kind of machines he likes to work on he responded that he “enjoys the challenge of evaluating a machine and finding out what’s wrong with it.” His favorite part of working at COR is his team in the service department. Outside of work, Steve enjoys being involved with events that help our Veterans, and being a Papa to his 20 (yes, 20!!) grandchildren. He also enjoys to cook and is a part-time fry cook at a local seafood restaurant.

John Cloutier, Technician

John has worn a few different hats here at Clean-O-Rama, most recently he has moved into the Service Department to fix machines and take care of customers. John has been with Clean-O-Rama for 4 years, and really enjoys working with the Clean-O-Rama family. If John isn’t seen working, he can usually be found eating. His favorite COR functions/events include our Friday BBQ lunches in the summer and Cupcake day at COR. (Cupcake day happens once a month to celebrate employee birthdays each month. Meghan White makes the best cupcakes) Outside of work, John enjoys watching movies and spending time with family and friends.

Logan Nelson, Technician

Logan has been with Clean-O-Rama for almost a year now. Although he can be quiet, he is a kind and funny guy who always has a smile on his face. When asked what his favorite part is about working at COR, he responded with “Everybody is nice and welcoming.” He enjoys working on autoscrubbers, vacuums, and extractors, although he says that vacuums are the easiest to work on because they are fairly simple machines. Logan hasn’t been around long enough for many COR Customer Events, but really enjoyed the Customer Appreciation Day and seeing our customers smiling and having a good time. Outside of work, Logan likes to hang out with his friends, watch sports, and sleep (Don’t we all!).

Brian Crawford, Lead Expert Technician

Brian just passed his 15 year anniversary of working at Clean-O-Rama. It would surprise me if you haven’t seen him working on machines at your facility yet. Brian takes care of most of our Preventative Maintenance Program customers, and has a knack for figuring out what’s wrong with a machine when others are stumped. In addition, he also is certified to work on propane machines. Brian’s favorite events include our Open House and Equipment Demo Day as well as the company outings COR has had in the past. Brian is an integral part of COR’s Service Department and is a great asset to COR and our customers. Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, going to rock concerts and he also plays in a rock band called Devils Night Out in his spare time.
